RMI Laboratories utilizes advanced instrumentation to support the services we provide to our clients.
Our laboratory instrumentation includes a range of mass spectrometers and other analytical instrumentation including a Waters Q-Tof Premier with an Acuity UPLC system, a Waters Xevo G2-XS QTof with an Acuity UPLC system, and a Thermo LCQ DECA ion trap with an Agilent 1100 HPLC system. Each instrument is controlled by integrated software to ensure high quality sample analysis.
The Waters Q-Tof Premier accurate mass system, provides reliable routine HRMS, with mass accuracies in the sub 2 mDa range.
Capable of providing UPLC accurate mass data in support of small molecule, peptide, protein, antibody and polymer analyses. With integrated software tools for full control of the UPLC-MS experiment and interpretation of the resulting data.
The Waters XEVO G2-XS QTof State-of-the-art accurate mass system, provides the highest quality HRMS data, with mass accuracies in the sub 1 mDa range. This means that the data acquired for metabolite identification, impurity/degradant, peptide/protein/antibody studies is of the highest reliability. With integrated software tools for full control of the UPLC-MS experiment and interpretation of the resulting data.
In addition the system has a detector with 4 orders of magnitude dynamic range enabling the routine analysis of both in-vitro and in-vivo quantitative samples.
